Jpmorgan Asset Management announces return to the office right as Wave 2 is hitting NYC, wish me luck. Going to need it! P.S. are any firms with sane Covid policies hiring?

I definitely plan to quit after I get my bonus in January because of their covid policy, just hoping to not die of Covid before then...it’s $50k expected bonus so tough to leave before it hits.

Lol of course JPM is doing this

like

Is there a golden handcuff with that bonus? Might want to check on that before leaving.... or maybe you are just better off leaving now.

“Don’t come in if you’re not comfortable, but we are laying people off, it’s bonus season, and the rest of your team is coming in”

True, there is something to worry about if you are worried about your direct manager or their boss. Company won’t discriminate due to covid and working from home if they are doing mass layoffs

BlackRock offices are open but they aren’t making anyone return to the office the rest of the year if they aren’t comfortable.

Precisely Analyst1 - People who say they aren’t being forced in don’t understand corporate politics.

Mask up!

When is the expected return date?

They aren’t forcing anyone to go in if the employee isn’t comfortable going in. I’m also in asset management.
