I am a Reliability Maintenance 3P contractor for Amazon. I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering on June 2022. I’ve been working with Amazon for a year, but there’s a lack of prospective EE positions within the company. The job postings I see are either less or barely above my current salary. I’m not sure if staying longer is beneficial for my future career as an Electrical engineer. I plan on getting my FE license within the next 6 months. Any suggestions will be appreciated

Interviewed at MS last week and might have finished all rounds (unless they feel the need to schedule one more round). I know that their comp structure is way more than what i make right now, but wanted to still verify a range with the recruiter. Recruiter said "we will estimate internally and get back to you once an interview decision has been made". Is it ok to negotiate after offer has been given? Assuming i get an offer..

Comp (a 3 part word)

1. Every company change should result in ~ 30% total comp increase.
1.1 Staying in the same role for > 3 years means your total comp is likely off-market (unless you started off overpaid), so it makes sense to get promoted or get gone. (#OnwardAndUpward + "el movimiento es vida")

He told me he agreed I was undervalued when reviewing my comp and mentioned a few times now that my maternity leave was a factor in me being underpaid - what do I do I feel heartbroken and discouraged? I feel so stuck - I love my work but how can I feel ok every day knowing this?

I am fairly new to sales (3 years), and I just closed a deal that will pay out twice what I made all of last year ($75k vs $150k). My question is: nobody here can talk to their friends or family about this kind of stuff, right? Do you all disclose to people that you are pulling in $250-$300k in a year? I'm only 25 so I don't want my friends to make me buy all their drinks 😅
