Thinking the same thing
Would be hilarious if we were coworkers
We are recruiting experienced associates ? Are you guys interested in PwC ?
I did it (from EY to pwc). Best decision!!!
I am trying to do the same thing right now actually.
I made the move from PwC to EY in the East and I'm loving it
That's a great mindset OP, let me find out about the program the market is launching.. I heard referral bonus for us and moving expenses for recruits went up. Last maker team meeting they were really interested in bringing people from out of market.
Grass is always greener on the other side....until you get there
I wouldn't agree ^ some people genuinely have terrible experiences for whatever reason and switching might be a good idea.
Don't do it unless you plan on staying until manager wherever you decide to switch. Looks better to stay at one firm than to just be jumping to the best opportunity
I'd say it's not a big deal, you should be able to find a landing spot at another Big 4 as long as you interview well.
PwC 1 - definitely interested, yes
What market are you on OP ?
West coast in northern cslifornia
Are you willing to move OP? There is big opportunities here in the East
Yes. I'm always open to moving. New environments make life fun
@OP I'm actually in the west coast in SoCal so maybe we were at WTEY together haha
I will split the referral bonus with either of yall.
EY1 are you on the west coast?
@OP yup LA office haha
