I’m assuming it’s a tactic to see if I’ll get weeded out, especially with salary for specific roles. The questionnaire asks what my base salary expectations are along with Total Compensation Package

The owner states that the values are important to her etc yet my manager violates these values and is involved in unethical behavior frequently. Hi All, Just after a terrible talent acquisition process. I applied for a job got contacted and told bookk a time with a member of the TA team. Booked the meeting which got moved twice and then cancelled. Different team member contacted me then and asked me to book time which I did. Initial meeting cancelled and second meeting was told the original requisition was filled vut a new one was being loaded and they would be in contact. Needless to say i withdrew myself from the process.

In the past, when I was used a couple of a agencies for our hiring, it was a pretty rough experience. Mostly there was a big disconnect between what we told the recruiters we were looking for (in writing, in person & over the phone) & what the job was, and what the recruiters told the candidates.
