I am an AVP Associate Client Manager at Marsh in Energy. 3 years experience in energy- total of 10 years experience in the insurance industry formerly HNW personal. I know it’s hard to gauge but what a fair salary, glass door has 80 to 100k could that really be right?? I feel like a fool.
