Fighting is always a nay and unprofessional
Transactional, if it matters, but when I was junior I tried to remain friendly with the other juniors across the table from me in all my deals. The tough decisions aren’t really yours to make and building a rapport with the other side can both make a stressful transaction less intense and actually reap rewards for your client
Most likely nay. Why are the junior associates fighting over that when a more senior associate and/or a partner makes the decision?
I can understand disagreeing with a colleague but “fighting” connotes immaturity.
Nayyyy - firstly, what’s the law on the disclosure? Is it required? Secondly, is there a senior associate/partner who can address it?
