I have a review coming up for my company, and I’m looking for direction on a salary range for my position because I believe I am very underpaid. I am the social media manager and have been for a year. I am also the creative director that takes all the photos and videos for our social channels as well. I also shoot all the content for our website and e-commerce channels. I work with all our influencers and manage partnership. have no idea what to expect from a role like this in terms of Salary.

I’ve been told by my boss that I should be taking the creative lead on one of my accounts in order to move up. The problem is, there’s a copy ACD in our group already, and account, PMs, and the CD (my boss’ partner) always include him in important convos and meetings instead of me. I’ve addressed this multiple times with my boss, the ACD, and the rest of the team, and it gets better for about a week and then just goes back to how it was. What do I do?

I’ve been severely neglecting LinkedIn because I’ve been working full time at one agency for a while. I’m looking at branching out, but can anyone give me tips on how to connect with creatives and CDs that I haven’t met before?
