Just wanted to know if it makes an impact on your CV if it has a stint outside of India? The current offer I have is one level lower than my designation in India and pay wise also its decent enough but nothing extraordinary. Just wanted to know if it will help in future if I was to go now and return in 2-3 years time?

What is your motivation to stay in IQVIA, India given the pay here is avg/below avg compared to market standards and learning curve is also not very steep?

Hi everyone - I work in Sustainable Finance for a smaller consulting firm in Germany (dont speak fluent german=cant work for the big4 here). I am considering moving to Amsterdam to join a big 4 within their sustainable finance team. However, I wanted to know a couple of things:

Hi 🐠! Wanted some help understanding the levels at Oliver Wyman a bit better... especially EM - how does it map/ compare against levels at MBB and other Tier 2 firms? How do the responsibilities typically sit between EMs and Principals? For eg was reading the nuance of CTL (Bain) v/s EM or PL (McK and BCG) v/s Manager (Bain)... I think that if the BCG vs GME drama were to continue, there is a chance it will get more publicity and get on the radar of people like John Oliver, Stephen Colbert, etc. That probably wouldn't be good for BCG and strategy consulting as a whole given their influence.

Does anyone else think that BCG might be better off dropping the suit and writing this one off?
