L10 (promoted in last dec) and fixed was 11.4 lpa

Got 14% hike on fixed and 12% vp
Current fixed pay is 13lpa, CTC 14lpa

Is it good in current market standards? Your thoughts please

My annual review came in and partners said I am likely their most organized associate lol. Thanks to my ADD for making me neurotic about organizing and documenting things.

Coming to the constructors, it's seriously impressive Mercedes was able to pull it off again after being so far off in testing. One interesting tidbit that came out this week- Mercedes didn't use ANY tokens this year. It's been basically confirmed they had a huge upgrade for a new nose on the car, but it failed FIA crash tests and the team was left scrambling. Massive credit to them for winning in a year where it seemed they wouldn't have the pace.
