You have options to claim till march. I think they will reimburse your direct deposit account.

like

Yeah no, you can expense the entire prior year until March

^ yes

Got it, but I’m quitting. So I’m wondering when they’ll reimburse? It takes a few pay cycles from prior experience and I won’t be here for the pay cycle after dec 31.

Sounds like a better question for hr then

I think you will get paid later after you quit. Just keep a record of the expenses and harass the expense team if you don’t get paid in time. Also ask your exit interview hr.

It’s paid in the last paycheck of the month once it’s approved

I am wondering if I can see what other brands say to influencers that they reject? In the program we use we either approve them or reject them. Once they are rejected they get an email saying that they are. I have tried googling a good nice way to reject an influencer but all I get is how an influencer should reject a brand. Not a brand rejecting an influencer. We don’t want to be rude & would like to keep the door open for future collabs if they meet our standards in the future.

I recently started a job, about 3 months ago… I'm dealing with a coworker whose comments come across as passive-aggressive. I'm unsure if my race is part of the intention of these comments. However, I raised my concerns to my supervisor, and nothing seems to be happening since our conversation. Should I be concerned with my new team?

I turned down offers from a number of places over a year ago and now they're thriving. No one is inviting me in this time around. Airbnb: $450k at the time -> $1.2M now, Snap: $450k -> $780k now, Doordash $380k -> $700k now. I'm still at $500k TC where I'm at. Don't always play safe guys.

Is it important to offer support staff that speak a foreign language or is it sufficient if the attorney can communicate with the client? We had one bilingual paralegal and another who is not. The bilingual one left us some time ago.

Thus, we are left with one who can’t communicate with about 25% of our clients. And there just isn’t enough revenue to support two paralegals despite my partner pushing us to hire.
