I anticipate receiving a tentative offer from the DOD. I'm trying to figure out what I should negotiate. All of the listed items below at once? Or would it be wiser to be strategic about what elements to try to get first? Any inputs are greatly appreciated.
1. Salary
2. Permanent Change of Station (PCS) Expenses
3. Student Loan Repayment Program (SLRP)
4. Signing Bonus
5. Annual Leave: Rate of Accrual

You’ll go to a different project with a lower level clearance needed
AFS?
What level and what salary did they offer?
Why are you worried about your clearance being denied?

In my experience this would absolutely mean you would lose the job. I don't know Accenture's policy, but I would not leave a position for one that is contingent on getting a clearance.

If the role is Consulting or Tech...you are fine. Operations...maybe some risk...but Accenture and the hiring team would usually find you another role.
What did the hiring documentation say? Depending on the reason for your clearance denial, it could mean you are let go instead of being put in another role.

Why would your first thought be about a clearance being denied? That’s not normal to immediately jump to thinking that before the process has even really started. If you feel it would be denied then you shouldn’t pursue a cleared role at that point.
Are they paying for your clearance?
