Hi Folks,
Need opinions from experienced Management consulting folks:
Is it a wise decision to leave Deloitte USI Strategy practice for Accenture strategy in Capability Network when I am due for promotion to Engagement Manager?
I am getting 40% hike from Accenture CN when my promotional hike in Deloitte is expected from 25% to 30% (my guess).
What should I do? Renegotiate / Stay / Switch.
Let’s get there together ...

Any thoughts or review on portable monitor?

I would not be all that concerned yet. There are many reasons why people may leave a job, some of which have nothing to do with the job itself (family obligations, personal health issues, partner needing to relocate, etc.). For now, I would give it a chance and be happy for the opportunity. Congratulations!
I would just ask.
That would worry me. Why are they recruiting you but trying to get out of there? Sounds like they hired their replacement so they could leave.
i would suggest reading the reviews on Glassdoor !!!!
Possibly but at the same time you have to go in with a an open mind!
Sounds suspicious and I'd be uneasy too. Give it a month to see if there are any red flags, then put feelers out for a new job. Hope it's just a coincidence. Wish you the best

Well recruiters come and go. More money does not equal better or worse job.
I really don’t think that you should worry. Maybe the therapist was already looking for a way out.
Wow. I agree with everyone above. I would honestly just ask. Doesn't seem like a coincidence to me.
How much was the offer ?
Yes red flag def
I wouldn’t worry she may have already been looking for a way out.
Yes
As a manager leaving my company right after making a new hire I would say it doesn’t necessarily mean there is an issue with the company. I’ve been offered an amazing opportunity that I could not afford to pass up. I have nothing bad to say about my current employer.
