USCIS set itself a 6 month goal to process 140/485 each. Has anyone noticed things speeding up? Mine was filed concurrently in March this year and wondering if I can expect my GC this year or wait until next year. For context, Deloitte filed my EB1C based on a previously filed EB2 application (approved 140). I cannot expedite my new 140 under premium since it’s EB1C

Any advice for ending a relationship with outside counsel? I hired a large firm for ad-hoc help with a certain topic a few years ago but they've just been OK (they're aware of the issues). I've used them for 1-2 quick questions over the last few months while I found a new, more local and specialized firm. I never worked for a large law firm, so I don't know what the etiquette is. Need some advice. I just accepted a new position that starts later this summer at the beginning of July. Earlier this year I was approved for 2 weeks PTO at the end of June/early July (getting married). Where I'm at now they do not have unlimited PTO, so there is nothing they owe me when I leave. What would be the best way to handle putting in my 2 weeks notice if I want to try and still get paid my PTO before I leave?
