How can you get Oracle Financial ERP experience without having an existing role. Are their any opportunities not requiring that specific ERP experience?

My BGV in Oracle has been completed on 8th March. I have received offer letter but it doesn't have joining date. Hiring Manager has given me verbal joining date of 17th March. Is there any portal where I can check my joining date?
