I managed to secure an interview for JP Morgan Chase. This is for Asset & Wealth Management Global Private Bank Analyst program 2023. I ask my recruiter and he revealed me some info. This is a single interview session of 2 hours before getting any offer. I will face 5 interviewers. This will be all behavioral. For people who got into JP Morgan Chase, do you have any tip for me to pass this interview for this entry level role? JPMorgan Chase

Girl, I had forgotten how to dial into a conference line.. don’t take it too hard on yourself.
I’ve been back since May and I still feel like that everyday. You have to take one day at a time and one task at a time. Give yourself some grace and ease back into the swing of things. I’m not going to lie - the transition back is hard but you will develop your new normal
Time and sleep are the only things that help
Oh man, I feel you. I finally got back up to speed and got pregnant again and now am having crazy pregnancy brain!
12 months back and still feel the same ....hang in there and don’t be so hard on yourself, remember that your body just grew a baby and has been feeding it!
Thanks everyone. Just hearing other folks that have been there really helps. I have apparently lost the ability to focus and organize my day. Spent the day doing a bunch of stuff and accomplishing nothing. Helps to know this is common and to take each day one at a time
D4 - dealing w the same. Came back 10 months ago prego again and just so worn out and out of it. I feel like I’m running on fumes and nothing computers anymore
Keep a post it note on your laptop or sticky note on desktop to track all the random things you need to do (even if disorganized), helps with the not remembering at least. If time allows, taking 5-10 mins to walk or get fresh air can help you re-group before coming back to your computer to focus. I also occasionally will close my Outlook/company IM service for 30-60 minutes at a time to review or crank stuff out without getting distracted by notifications for other things. Good luck it gets easier :)
It will get better. Give yourself creator for jumping back in. When I just came back from my maternity leave a found it helpful to focus on a few things and crushing them so that I had that extra motivation to keep going. You will fund you own rhythm, but to do so you need something to keep you going - I force myself to carve out 1 hour 3 times a day super early to get to the gym - helps me to keep going.
Pregnancy brain is real. I believe my ability to remember things got worse after each child. I honestly can’t say it has gotten back to where it was before being pregnant. You may want to look at an energy shot product - Isagenix sells e+ energy shot. It helps to give you energy while maintaining focus without the caffeine twitch.
Write everything down, plan your day as much as you can. Sometimes it helps to tell others how you’re feeling, but can also backfire. I tried not to say too much because then my manager seemed to expect more mistakes from me.
Give yourself a little bit of time to get reacclimated to bring back at work. Your team should understand you’re trying to get back into the swing of things.
Cut yourself some slack and connect with people who get it. My network was super understanding
