General question: is there any certain “rule of thumb” post that you sell to take profiles? I’ve seen some experts (“”) say to always collect at 20% and others say until you see a reason to sell. I work at a medical device manufacturing plant as a training coordinator, I have a military background and a degree and am trying to advance but am feeling stuck. I am a literal jack of all trades, and am trying to get out of the hourly life, I’m working an average of 100 hour weeks and have been for at least the last 6 months.

If one wishes to switch, new companies hardly take any 3 months notice period person(including me)

I am working on latest skill Angular, Java spring with 7 yrs of exp.

If i take a risk and resign my current company, i will surely get calls and be able to crack the interview as NP reduces.

How to tackle this 3 months NP thing because hardly companies contact for interview?

Buying home, radon test came back high (4.8) despite there being a mitigation system. Inspector didn’t seem worried about being able to remedy it - says we just need current system upgraded and possibly second system put in at other end of the house given its footprint. We’ll plan to ask seller to do this, but my question is would you walk away because of it? My research suggests this should be solvable but it’s freaking me out of course.
