Just curious, what are all the B4 policies on the vaccine and how they are accommodating for personnel WFH?

EY - Vaccine recommended but not required (yet). Vaccine required to not wear mask in our offices or client sites, mask optional if vaccinated. Work is still wfh default/with a team based emphasis and the freedom from management to work wherever our team agrees they want to work (full hybrid capabilities).

At the beginning of the pandemic we could get reimbursed for a computer monitor to use at home but that has sense been stopped.

Currently we get a home internet reimbursement of $25 per month. Our wellness fund was doubled last year and expanded to include wfh office equipment if we needed any. Unlimited vacation is great for flexibility while wfh. Monitors and other equipment can still be checked out from IT for no charge generally and be used at home.

Correct. And hiring isnt contingent on vaccination either. Just physically doing anything in person.

PwC requiring vaccines to be in office or at client beginning 11/1. Most vaccinated workers will transition to “flex working” at that time - 1-3 days in person, rest at home. Unvaccinated will remain home. All employees were offered a remote, virtual option that requires you to be in person max 3 days per month (if vaccinated). If you opted for that then you won’t start flex working on 11/1.

So PwC 1, PwC is offering unvaccinated employees that their only option to stay with the firm is to WFH forever and they aren’t requiring weekly testing?

Anyone that isn’t fully vaccinated can’t be in the office or at client site for the foreseeable future. Doubt it’s “forever.” No testing.

Sorry for the delay, was sick yesterday. And yes, when I say sick, I really mean hung over. Been a few years since that happened. Anyway, good luck. I personally don't see any plays this week.

I personally feel that it's absolutely ludicrous the US government is not enforcing or at least asking people to wear masks in healthcare environments like at the pharmacy, doctor's offices, or the hospital. We all wear ours behind the counter but I had a patient come in today WITH covid to pick up her prescription, no mask. I get that she already has it so she isn't worried, but what about the other people around??

I have my annual review next week. Starting my 7th year at the current job. 13+ years in the field. But my current company is a nonprofit. They are great. But annual raise has always been 2%.
