If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? Received the Becker Reimbursement email from the recruiter not too long ago but have yet to start. I’ve seen plenty of people get to Senior at a big 4 firm without the CPA so I am a bit confused in that aspect. Any helpful feedback will be very much appreciated.

Hoping I never have to go back. Remote busy season was way way better than in person.
PwC is 3 days in office, 2 day from home. Fridays after 12, no calls / emails.
As far as how long that lasts, I cannot see us going through an entire busy season with that model. Leadership will really need to push it top down for it to work.

PwC has most people on a “flex” schedule which is 1-3 days in the office a week. Idk wtf PwC 1 is talking about.
We had a hybrid approach prior to Covid, advised to work where it makes the most sense for optimal productivity for you each day. Now that we came back to the office it probably varies by team, but it has been suggested to my team that we come to the office a minimum of 2 days a week.
