Just done a round of interviews.

Any idea when I will hear back?

Do they usually call/email/ping with the decision? In the past it has been ping for a rejection.

Based in the UK if that makes a difference!

Cheers :)

I would give it at least 10 days. Keep in mind other candidates are interviewing, once all of these interviews are done a panel comes together in order to decide which individual to move forward.

While it's absolutely normal it feels bad, it's just more rational to accept it's out of your hands at the moment. I would leave two weeks between the week of your last interview and follow-up - from this moment I think it's respectful to ask for feedback.

P.s. I was an interviewer at Google and have a company in career advice now.

Honest answer is, it all depends. If you are Interviewing towards the beginning of their process, then your wait time will be longer, and Vice versa
