Just finished the last of FIVE video interviews for a new position and have to share a tip that helped me every step of the way: taping talking points to the wall right above my screen. I carefully considered my answers to the top ~4 questions I thought they might ask and wrote large bullet points for myself. It kept me on track, focused, and eloquent.
