Hello, I just received an offer with Chase for the Relationship Banker position with the pay rate of 50k yr + commission. Do you think it is a fair pay rate or I can negotiate for more? I’m in my late twenties and apparently overdue for a quarter-life crisis. I’m getting paid well, finally tackling some of my student debt, but now I’m thinking... I’ve always loved screenwriting ever since being a cinema studies minor, and scripts are my favorite part of the job but few and far between. Has anyone successfully switched from copywriting to TV writing? Was it worth it? Any tips, or should I keep dreaming?

I’m not sure if this is what I want to do. I’m young and at the beginning of my career, but I worry about the money I can make in this industry.
