Just found out I got promoted from Associate to Senior. Anyone know the avg raise? Or even the salary bands for a senior w/o MBA and previous experience?

The same usual bonus for EY India folks. Doesn't at all add up to the chest thumping we do as a practice during the town halls.
On top of this remote working ki naam pe bijli ka bill 10k per mahina aa rha hain. And the tech salaries pumping inflation in the economy. The same place which was available for a 35k is quoting 50k. I wish atleast the hike is inflation beating :/

I tried so hard today to finish all my errands and read and even worked out. And I'm taking medication and keeping my diet healthy.
