#1. Sharing salaries is legal and protected. #2. There is legislation preventing government contractors from retaliating against employees who share salary information. If you are in the commercial space, proceed with caution. #3. The best way you can help is to offer to help advocate for them / the quality of their work.
Stay out of it. Let them raise. Not trying to be selfish but you don’t really want to be in the middle of that since nothing comes out of these situations. And leadership will remember you as a whistle blower

Stay out of it. Good intentions on your end but you’re opening yourself up for HR discussions that won’t go anywhere because they can’t confirm or deny others compensation

There are probably reasons for it, maybe they are in a different talent model. Stay out of it.
Also, maybe your team is paid too much?
Could end up with your ass in the jackpot for discussing comp...
Stay out of it. The they may just decide to lower your internal rate to theirs as opposed to raise their's up to you.
