I’m currently a third year in my small firm’s life sciences team. I’m not really stimulated by the work and although they say they have a lot of work, they’re not good at managing workload. I'm 18+4 weeks pregnant. I'm worried about weight gain - specifically too little weight. Only gained about 5 lbs in total, and for the last 2 weeks nothing at all.

I’m only 7 weeks and I haven’t been sleeping well for the last 3 weeks. I go to pee every couple hours and I can’t find a comfortable position to sleep. I’m a stomach sleeper and although I’m still able to sleep on my stomach, my boobs are sore and it hurts. Sleeping on my sides is uncomfortable and I’m trying to not sleep on my back. Hello! I’m only about 4 weeks pregnant, so super early. I am about to go on vacation and thankfully did a quick search on some “dos and donts” for the first trimester. I am v disappointed to see I shouldn’t do saunas and hot tubs as my vacation was really planned to be all relaxation. My Obgyn is offering weekly classes that range from “childbirth” to “infant cpr” and mom/dad “meet and greets”. Outside of the cpr one which seems important, did anyone attend classes and find them useful? Or did not attend classes and wish they had? The recommended curriculum is about 20-30 hours in total over 2-3 months which is a time commitment. Thank you!

Has anyone had trouble finding an ob gyn? I just moved to my area and the recommended ob gyns are fully booked. The first date I can schedule is not until I'm 20+ weeks along. Would you just go to a lower rated ob (taking 2 out of 5 stars on Yelp) the first few weeks and then switch when you are able?

My firm does a firm wide attorney retreat/meeting this summer. I’ll be about 25 weeks pregnant and I have to fly there with my local team/office. I’m very, very nervous about getting COVID while pregnant and I work with people who are generally lax around Covid to begin with. What would you do? Context: pretty much 100% attendance at the meeting. I’m nervous about flying AND the meeting itself.

Please give me remedies for acid reflux. Tums just isn’t cutting it anymore. Did anyone else have really bad acid reflux and do something/eat something/take something besides tums that worked ? Just Venting : So , I am 5W4D pregnant from our fifth FET. Started spotting like light brown since yesterday and also been cramping back pain and lower abdomen. I am also feeling wet down there looks like more discharge. Called my RE and he asked me to rest with my legs elevated. I am worried now though doctor assured it’s all okay unless I am bleeding .

Anyone experience exhaustion setting in at the end of second trimester? First trimester came with exhaustion like I have never experienced before and then most of second trimester has been more or less back to normal energy levels. Currently at 26 weeks and have been totally dragging for the past week or more. Does anyone have tips for getting through this?

Ughhhh I feel so nauseous all day every day. I’m 8 weeks today and miserable. I have never felt such a constant unwavering nausea.
