you're framing this post like it's a revenge opportunity. be a man. be a professional.
You guys don't get it, maybe because OP didn't explain it well enough. Let me try. All he's saying is this- Back home, this girl ditched him (ostensibly) because this other guy was working in the US and earning in dollars, while OP was still in India and earning in rupees. Now, OP finds it ironic that he will be two grades above the guy she left him for. If OP is telling the truth about the reason the girl left him, I agree with him - it is very ironic. Those of you who aren't from India won't empathize with how open some girls are back home about the whole US thing. "Oh XYZ, you're an amazing guy, but ABC has a green card, and my parents like him better too, sorry"
Come on. He did nothing wrong. Don't screw him over
I would flag this for whoever is higher than you on the team and see if you can have him reassigned. Seems like a set up for failure for you both
He still got the girl. Sorry dude, you still lose
Why be a hater!
If your a SM I am sure you can find a new woman. Why sit around hating on another dude. Find a new woman they are everywhere. Your not some loser with no potential.
Or are you and that's why even thou you make more money and have a higher title she chose him?
If you are thinking about hating on the dude. Weak move.
Just move wish you the best.
@EY3 read my reply.. I am happily married and no regret on what happened in past. I have no interest in her or in her life. Also no intention of screwing him. I wish I can see her reaction when she finds out that I am his well settled -earning in$ hubby's SM
Ha, you win
So what you're saying is that some senior consultants have more game than you?
Then why are we having this conversation? And I have to say, the more you write, the clearer the picture becomes on why she dumped you for this guy.
I wonder if the "other" guy is here in the bowl, and reading this 🤔
Forget this forgiveness shit. You work for D, we both know you know what to do. 🍿
Avril Lavigne has a kid now. I am getting old🤔
As mind blowing as this is... some of us women care about other things, not just how much money you make
Lol PwC 4- The first comment on this thread by the OP (deleted since) was literally "Karma wins" ... implying he meant to do something about it
🍿👀
PwC 4 - You summed it up really well.
Ha!
Are they still together ?
FYI, she ditched me and get married to him as he was in US on an onsite role. I was in india working for another US firm. We both parted away and never get in touch for last 7 years. 5 years back I transferred from USI to US Deloitte as M. The guy added me to LinkedIn yesterday and I found one common connection, which came out to be her.. after digging more found out that this is the same US settled guy (earns in $) for which she ended our 6 years long relation 🤣
