Virgin does not mean not sexually active. Unless you have explained that to her, it’s part of the standard panel.
I get them even though I only have sex with one person - better safe than sorry.
Did you say abstinent? Or everything but sex? If you said you did not want an STD panel then was wrong (error or otherwise), but if you just said virgin, then room for interpretation I think.

I know Ghonerea can be gotten orally, did you tell you aren’t sexually active at all?
If you’re having to pay for all of this I would push back and just have her note it in your chart that you did not request the tests asks are declining them

So won't qualify as preventative for either unless high risk (unlikely) or young for chlamydia

I think it is always a little unsettling when people in a powerful / confidante position don’t trust you or undermine you. It doesn’t feel good and it’s annoying, but would assume best intentions.
I think it would be more problematic if she was suggesting you get more or more invasive tests. In this case, she basically just ticked off a few more boxes on a form.

I believe cdc recommends anyone under 25 is tested but I also agree that if you decline, your Dr should respect that. Now, I'm not sure that letting them know you're a virgin is the same as you can still get an std in ways other than vaginal penetrative sex
I know it’s hard but lots of people lie to their doctors. They really are just trying to protect you, even though it feels wrong. But every doctor I’ve talked to has many, many examples of someone being untruthful and the tests (like pregnancy) coming back positive.

They are pretty standard tests. You could have an STD without having had a penis inside of you too. Also plenty of people lie about their status so their records don’t show certain notes or so they don’t have to discuss it further.
I’ve had drs who made me feel terrible about my sex life, so if she made you uncomfortable in some way, see a different dr. But I would not consider the fact that she ran STD tests to be a violation.
