I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

You will end up where you’re meant to be. If you haven’t already, it’s not the end. You got this - believe, achieve, succeed.
I know it is hard to see now, but going through this interview process is only going to help prepare you for future interviews. The fact that you made it to the final round means that you’re qualified and would be a great fit for the role. You never know what goes on behind the scenes in choosing the final candidate (politics, specific skills or experience, etc). You will find something great in the near future!!
Thank you D2, your comment definitely made me feel better about myself!!
I just went through this and was completely destroyed at getting rejected by a place I was really gunning for. Was also on a timeline which was coming due so that was worst. Take a step back, contextualize, reframe and keep interviewing. Also take a break too if you need it! I was pretty much 8 months of ongoing interviews and was planning to take a month to just reset and reflect. What’s for you will not pass you
I’m sorry to hear that happened to you, and I appreciate your advice! I agree with you, and more power to you!

You can try to convert your lease to month-by-month….that should lessen your stress. Don’t set any hard timeline, you will become anxious and will make mistake.
Similar thing happened to me! I made it three interviews in and got rejected. It hurt but ultimately I don’t think it was the right fit for me, that’s been helpful to keep in mind as I continue on in the application process. Stay strong, I know the right opportunity is out there for both of us 💪
Thank you!! I hope you find the right opportunity too :)
This was happening to me so much the past two years in college and then I finally just landed a dream role, so don’t give up! Looking back, I’m so glad I got rejected
