Anyone here in IB restructuring willing to share tips and good resources to use to prep for an upcoming interview? I don’t have IB/finance experience but took a modelling course on wallstreetprep. Also, I am planning on studying the HL case study and read the interview guides on restructuringinterviews.com. Lastly, If you can share what the interview was like for you, that would be appreciated. TIA
It's always been a dream of mine to work at Google, specifically as a UX designer (currently transitioning into UX from visual design). I've been so afraid to apply to any jobs with UX title, Google or not, because I'm always doubting myself and telling myself I'm still under-qualified.
UX designers & hiring managers, what are the skills a designer must have to be "qualified" for a UX position? Keywords on resume? Certifications? Thank you all in advance!

Don’t hold out hope. Either they won’t be hiring anytime soon or they just weren’t interested in your candidacy.
It might not have been you. They may have run out of budget, had a priority shift, realized through the interview process they need something else/different experience, etc.
If they hired no one they are likely regrouping and won’t be hiring anytime soon but either way I wouldn’t expect them to get back to you.
Pro
They will not reconsider (the current opportunity has sailed, forget about it), but I have had multiple tech companies come back months later asking me to interview for a new/different position, and have gotten interviews for new positions that I applied to, so the fact that you didn’t get this one doesn’t mean you won’t get one in the future. That you made it multiple rounds is good.
The feedback is worthless and don’t read into it. Often times even when you do get real feedback, it is just the recruiter regurgitating something the interviewers said, which may or may not be the real reason you were rejected. Amorphous answers like what you received fall into that category - they are unactionable.
Rising Star
I’ve been rejected before where there was a bit of an economic slump and they decided to not hire anyone, they still gave me a lot of positive feedback and actually recommended me for a different position (that also did not work out).
Do not expect the job to open back up anytime soon. If you want to keep an eye on the company and apply again if there’s a new opportunity in a year or two, can’t hurt, maybe they thought you were great and the only issue was their budget was cut, or maybe it was a soft no. No way to tell for sure and nothing to be gained from overthinking it. Use what you learned from this interview process and apply it to the next ones !
