Just got a verbal offer from Accenture of $140k plus 15/20k sign on bonus. Level 7, Ohio base. Thoughts? They told me on the call it they would have to get it pushed through HR due to it being at the highest level of the band. Seeing some conflicting posts on compensation range for this level.

Evaluating an exit into Amazon as L6 product manager (TC: $225K) after 1 year at BCG. I want to work in tech/fintech long term. Questions:

Hey, I had a job interview yesterday where they asked my salary expectations. I answered, then they said “the position pays X and this is on the higher side”. It was about 7K less than what I wanted. Have people received inflationary raises? My dad received a letter stating that they’re giving him a 6.5% raise + a one time lump sum of $750 bc of inflation, retroactive to July 1st. He works for a university and is part of a union.
