After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.

They have a Senior Associate position which is a year away from Consultant and only for experienced hires
I think Associate. Consultant is for post mba. So I dont think you can get to Consultant level right away and with only 2 YOE.
How did you apply ? I am looking to get into this program as well. Any pointers would be much appreciated.

Interesting. To my knowledge, BCG starts at associate then goes to senior associate and then consultant.
If I come in as an associate, I'm basically demoted and I assume a paycut assuming all associates get the same (starting) salary?
Some more info - If I'm currently performing post-MBA or one year away from there, would I be funneled into senior associate instead?

OP - SA would keep you flat / a bit up with a 12-24 month path to $200+. And 2 more years to 260-300k.
