Hello all, need some advice. Am currently working for a government consulting agency, but wishing to leave due to the way the project is being managed...I am in at least 4-5 hours of meetings a day, so barely have time to prepare for demos, preparation of slides for the client, nevermind being able to write decent stories(tickets)... Usually have to rush writing requirements, steps, etc, ...
So I have been looking around.
1/2.... Remainder of story in comments below.
Yea but their email states that I provide dates post my current H1-B end date (sept 2018) so that they can determine how long I get an Extension for. Most of us don’t know where we land up after 3 months
Which is EY’s law firm? I am sure its better than those Gobar man and gaand-son with Deloitte. They suck. One of the reasons I would consider moving out of D
New memo requires you to submit the travel itinerary... I guess all EGAN law is doing making sure they send all documents to avoid RFE...so chill and work with them to get your h1
Anyone have their extension petition recently filed ? (EY)
I'm in same boat as well. When they say "hold", they meant just more clarity. To decide the best course of action. You don't have to do anything. I got that notice 3 weeks back. But if u track the progress of case, everything else keeps moving forward. Relax and follow up again after some time.
The real concern here is to maintain client confidentiality and they are figuring out , how best to handle this.
So they normally file full term based out of ur base location, with lca for different location..
So if u don't know after 3 months, ur base h1b will still be applied with continuous need for amendments.
@EY you have to wait and see , they told that they are resuming filling this week, starting with them who work out of EY offices, then they will follow with the others. Keep us posted on your progress.
Yup AM1 is right and I can confirm
Confirm? As in ur petition is getting filed?
Yes hopefully soon. I got email requesting more details. I’ll working from another office not client.
