Anyone else struggling with moving forward I. Their company? I work with three men and two women, the two women are not in my department but the three men are. It feels like I am being held back simply because I am female. I have done everything they have done and I work three times harder then two of them. Just really frustrated at this point.

My manager got looted one day while returning home and was beaten also. Now everyday he doubts that it was me who did that and gives me more work and taunts me.

One of the customers complained that I was too slow (I'm dyslexic, I'm doing my best!) so my manager stepped in to help her. I thought I was going to be in really big trouble. But after the customer left the manager told me that I shouldn't be too hard on myself, "sometimes customers are just being jerks" and I felt so grateful. Not all supervisors are unreasonable, some of them are actually quite understanding. I don't know. It just surprised me, it was really cool.

An unhappy customer demanded free items and was refused. They left my job a terrible review and used my full name (with a few personal insults thrown in). Can I do anything about this? It feels so uncomfortable.

My boss is always making last minute changes to my schedule. Adding shifts or asking me to cover for other people. Any advice on how to handle this? I want to be a team player but the last minute changes stress me out.

I will say this I love working with the students . I love getting to know them . I smile to myself when I go to work . I still feel this way after last week being asked my three different people about doing something where I told them that I was not going to do. following day I was then ambushed by admin (where I have never felt more like nothing. Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? My ASM is annoying. she calls me 3x a day just for me to repeat myself again and again when she has access to calendar, access to all my live metrics & end of day report, she also holds weekly meeting to go over current projects we are assigned to, and joins all of our project meetings with the account leaders..for what exactly? I’ve told her over and over that what she is asking for is reflected in my EOD and metrics report but she is too lazy and don’t want to read or listen during meetings.

I do t think it’s fair mortgage companies take their own sweet time to process refinance applications while we continue to pay the higher interest rates until they the application is approved. I’ve requested a refinance on aug 3rd from 3.75 to 2.85 with my current lender but the background check has been taking forever.
