How many steps are there for the candidate process within your companies? For example, we have RS, then HM, then a virtual onsite of an hour presentation followed by 1:1s with each team member. This often results in a 4 hour step. Last step is a conversation with the CEO. Is this considered normal or a good amount of time in its entirety, to vet a potential colleague?
