I’ve been seeing a guy for 2 months and we see each other twice a week-ish. I decided to ask if he’s sleeping/seeing other people and he absolutely freaked out and went SILENT. As in lost words before saying no 15 seconds later and then asking if we could talk about it another time and then left my apartment. Just got a verbal from Oracle for a manager position and should be getting the official offer by EOW. When I got the verbal today she said “I don’t know if we’ll be able to get there but we may be able to get you 100K base”.. I’m seeing on Glassdoor and Comparably that the base is at 110 - 125… how should I bring this up or push for a higher base if it’s “the closest they can get?
