Hey! When asked about your current CTC in a negotiation, do you include all benefits? I recently read a post where someone said they include the value of all benefits such as reimbursements. This seemed like good advice for those who have a low CTC and would like to negotiate a higher package in a new role. What do you usually include? Any other advice for working around the CTC question and ask for the market rate? I'm particularly interested in negotiations at Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase

Can't help you unfortunately but I've gotta say it's refreshing to get some actual hard numbers from Meta in here. I've been curious about their offers for a long time but people typically seem tight-lipped about them.
The best way is to ask if there’s room for more and say you do have another offer or multiple offers for x amount but you do want to work with meta. I was able to get $30k more doing this
Tbh that never crossed my mind, does anyone do that! Never happened to me.
I’ve never lied about another offer but I know people who have successfully.
That feels kind of low! Could you negotiate for $110-$120k?

I would ask for a little more. For that location you should be making around 100k. I would see if you can get a little more.
