Just got an update from recruiter that they want to have 2 additional interviews for technical judgement. She mentioned that my onsite interview (pgm, big data and analytics) feedback was great and these new interviews are to push my case to TPM roles as well, is this common ?
Also, is it recruiter's best interest to get the candidate a good offer or they will try to lowball always? She mentioned I am being considered for L4 (total 14+ yrs of exp) and the comp numbers are not great!

I appeared for a second round of tech interview last Thursday after the HC wanted to cover a few pointers that weren’t covered in the first 4 interview schedule. I haven’t heard back from the recruiter and the news of google slowing down the hiring process also has caught me up in thoughts. Interviewed for S&O role and wanted to share. Recruiter told me to expect problem solving and stakeholder comm, behavioral and case type questions… It ended up being one 25-min interviewee-led case. I was surprised given all that I had read online about RRK and GCA and Googleyness and the pride Google has in its “unbiased”interview process… it felt like any other MBB interview where your case interviewer decides your fate… guess S&O is just like any consulting firm…
