D1 I had a bit of a cough as well, but that went away once my nose unclogged and I didn’t have a dry mouth from the mouth breathing. I didn’t have a fever but hopefully it breaks and stays away!
From talking to friends, biggest things seems to be to actually rest and let yourself ease back into it. Not sure if your situation will allow it, but rushing recovery won’t do you any favors. One day you’ll wake up and your sinuses will be empty and hopefully everything will be back to normal!
I've unfortunately had it twice, first time prevaccine and it physically took me out. Took forever to be able to work out at a remotely similar level as before.
Second time was about a year later. I was vaxxed and boosted and it felt like having a cold, a few sniffles and light cough but generally felt fine. I only knew because a friend I had dinner with caught it so I tested as a precaution before visiting grandparents.
Second time I had it, I ran around in a circle for 10 mins trying to bite my own ear. Scared if I get it a 3rd, I’ll go full World War Z, zombie, mode.
I had it in March 2020 and then recently. I don’t recall the loss of smell being as bad the first time. This time, it really freaked me out a bit. It’s really disconcerting not being able to smell things that could be dangerous like smoke or gas or even food that has gone bad. It didn’t last that long for me, but I was surprised how unnerving it was to lose a sense entirely.

I have it right now for the first time. Can’t smell either.
What other symptoms do you still have on Day 6?
