P&C focused people: What do you do to find success cross-selling life policies? I mostly sell P&C off internet leads. Most are not the ideal client for my company but I take care of them like I would anyone else. I do okay but not great with life after having the client for six months once I move them into a preferred policy. That move saves them enough to make life doable coupled with established trust. I’ve been told just to quote the auto and life together initially but it feels “off” to me.

How does your firm calculate your pay each year? Is there clear quantification of successful marketing/client development efforts, time towards client billing responsibilities, time towards leadership responsibilities, your billed and collected time, and work you delegate to others? If so, how is it broken down? Is it quantified throughout the year to tabulate how you’re doing, so you can forecast a likely year-end amount for yourself? In other words, how is your number baked up each year?

I'm working as DAA at zs for 3 months...and now I am feeling directionless and not interested in the work we do. This is affecting my work and learning i am expected from an employee. Hello everyone. What skills do you think would be good to learn for someone trying to transition into UX, specifically for UX Research?

Just started an in-house role and trying to gauge a good time to leave work. I’ve been leaving around 6:15-6:30pm every night because nobody else seems to leave before 5:45pm. I feel like everyone in the office is playing chicken to see who the first to leave will be. Anyways, what time do you all leave, and any advice with my situation.
