Happy to refer you to KPMG. Send me a DM
I’m happy to refer also if you are looking at deals
Op. Stay strong!
Thanks and I will
Actually I am very new to this forum and I am very grateful how helpful you people are. A little bit background of my case: experienced hire second-year C with previous data analysis and digital marketing skills who was assigned to a not-that-profitable nor stable offering under S&A (may have otherwise ended up in firms like Criteo, Facebook, or hedge funds, etc. if I don’t like consulting). Have to admit that my first-year performance was shitty as 1. I refused to extend on a PMO project and got a super low review; 2. One core project sponsor kicked out of the game and I got dropped so U% is low. However, this year my performance is strong with reviews targeting at promotion (ironic). Utilization at 90%+ now. I need to go back and work on the separation stuff now and wish you guys all the best with your current company
were you in AC?
Don’t think any massive ones are at Accenture. DM me your background if you want a referral. Happy to help.
Sorry for the late reply... have been staying with friends all day. Thanks a lot Accenture and will DM you
I’ll refer to IBM
I agree with C2 on this. A lot of opportunity and competitive pay, especially if coming from another firm
What’s your area + years of experience? At Bain and we are hiring in some areas across offices!
K2 what's KPMG hiring for ? What levels ?
Send your resume for EY to referareferral@gmail.com
Will do, appreciate that SM1
brutal. gone are the days where loyalty paid. now it's best to hop every few years
Lol loyalty never pays
What’s your city and specialty? EY is always hiring good folks
Happy to hear that. I have a mixed background of advanced data analytics + marketing, sales strategy & operating model
Which practice are you in?
Did your company give you a severance package? What were the terms?
Good luck on the job hunt
Doing it over the phone now? Be wary of “1-on-1 chats” with a P if you rarely talk to begin with.
That’s what we thought. Check out other Deloitte lay-off cases and you will see this IS happening a lot now, unfortunately. Nobody is immune, especially who are staffed by other business offerings
HMU for a referral !!
Appreciate the good will but dude you know all these responding folks want the referral because the get a paid bonus for a tracked hire.
Lay off is a reduction In force job elimination pardon the straight talk again but it seems you got fired due to low rating and a 30 day Performance improvement plan did it work. I dig holding boundaries as to your PMO comment but evaluate whether consulting and it’s asks both personal and professional are for you
I’m to busy to type like you are
so voice recognition isnt the best as you know (or maybe not since you value grammar over content
Happy to refer at PwC. Please DM me if interested.
