If your SAT was 2300+, likely less than a month. If you always struggle with standardized tests, you’ll need 2-3 months.
It also depends what score you want. I had a high 2300 score and my diagnostic was 720. However, I still needed to study a lot because I needed a higher score for the schools that I was targeting. Some may have been okay with a 720 and not needed to study much.
Take a practice test first. That’s what they mean by your baseline score. It’ll let you know what you’re kind of gauged at to begin with and allow you to experience the “tricks” first hand which helps when learning about them later during studying.
3 weeks. Took me probably 2 or 3 months while working?
Beware of cramming and not retaining. Make sure you take a lot of breaks if you’re studying full time
What’s your baseline score? Which schools do you want to attend? How is the rest of your application?

Really going to depend on your baseline and target
I’d say I’m shooting for about a 750 +/- 20 points and got a 35 on the ACT for reference
2 or 3 weeks including some official practice exams. Get a real baseline and take it from there
