My wife got an offer from PS for Graphic Designing job.
Designation - Senior Associate Process Solution Level 1
But there is a clause of end date and I am afraid that once this period is over they will fire her.
Is this a standard practice in PS?
HR and Director have assured her that this is a practice in PS and she will be converted into Full Time Employee after this period.

Great job, congrats! The discretionary incentive is a bonus, but probably not one based on objective goals. More likely a management-directed bonus. It’s ok to ask direct questions about your compensation and make sure you get good answers before accepting.

try to get a contractual bonus minimum so they can’t back out. Coz normally in tech at citi, bonus sucks.

Try to ask for a relocation or sign-on bonus. The discretionary incentive (end of year performance bonus) will be low and not guaranteed. When Hr gave me an offer a few weeks back, they said no bonus, but I was able to negotiate for a relocation bonus.
