The base salary was what I was looking for so no complaints but I don’t see anything about bonuses in the offer letter. There is mention of a discretionary incentive and retention award. I was just diagnosed with Hashimotos disease (I’ve had hypothyroidism for two decades so not a surprise) and it’s very treatable but I’m really struggling with the arthritic flare ups that started months ago.

Pound/number sign / hashtag character woes:

Trying to use VBA to extract the hyperlink from a column of cells that contain them BUT keep hitting a wall bc each hyperlink URL has a damn “hashtag/pound/number sign” in it and all the characters after the devil symbol get left out so the URL is incorrect.

LOL I can’t even use the symbol here because it goes to hashtag something.

Anybody know how to workaround? Seems like it might be impossible due to excel coding structure.
