Just got my wisdom teeth extracted yesterday. The pain is unbearable. Help!!!

Have rosacea and hitting 40 in couple months. I have deep smile lines that I would like to do something and generally some maintenance treatments but unsure with rosacea in the mix. Does anyone have experience with rosacea and cosmetic treatments that you would recommend/stay away from?

Anyone else feel like this. I love consulting and doing different things and the fast paced nature but sometimes it’s too fast. In college I had extra time because I like having the ability to be meticulous, slow down and verify my work. Not to mention traveling is exciting as well except but how does everyone prevent their brain and life from feeling scrambled?

After 3 years, during a termination session, the therapist disclosed she’s in the same recovery program I’m in. At the start of the work, her knowledge of the program, local meetings, and some of the things she suggested reading had lead to fast trust, which was good. But at some point my suspicions about the source of her wisdom made me overly curious and feel, simultaneously and occasionally, like there was a deeper bond. Now I keep wondering about her story. Bugs me, but don’t wanna go back.

I still see the eyes of my patients as they are intubated and the fear they projected. So many died. My heart hurts for them, their families and all of those who cared for them until the end. Having some serious PTSD from this pandemic.

At this moment, I am almost depressed. I am in a relationship with this guy for 2 years now. In the past 2 years, we have fought more than we have lived days with peace. We both have high ego problems because of which it’s really hard to resolve a conflict. Things have recently escalated to calling names/swearing and even physically abuse from both sides. We both want to end the relationship, have tried so many times, but we cannot.

Been struggling with my ADHD/depression more over the past few weeks than ever before. I am at a serious risk of losing my job for failure to meet billables and I can’t bring myself to fix the problem. I am normally an over achiever, but new to this job- so I don’t have a reputation to lean on here. I have not disclosed my conditions. Literally terrified and not sure how to pull myself out of this. I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. It’s this terrible feeling of like anguish/unease in my gut, but I don’t have anything I’m worried about- it’s like my body wants to find something to worry about.
