Just got myself a dumbbell set and weight bench. I’m used to all of those machines at the gym but going to try to workout at home now. Any apps folks recommend that has various free weight exercises and can also track muscle groups by day?

I am so grateful to have a job right now but I am really struggling. I’ve been at D for a little under a year and have been really unhappy with my experience. In particular, my current project and my direct supervisor make me feel unbelievably incompetent and under appreciated. Given COVID, there is little flexibility to roll off.
