I know a few of us like having a couple high dividend stocks that we sell calls against like T. I’ve just started a play like this on LUMN. Three reasons: 1) similar dividend to T but with a better (and improving!) balance sheet 2) growing free cash flow (but revenue is flat to down) 3) the technical set up has it breaking out of a multi-year decline. It’s also getting attention after the short squeeze play. Won’t be a screamer, but 10-12% income returns with the dividend plus CC could be nice.

Thoughts on investing in real estate through platforms such as Fundrise and Yieldstreet? For those who use either platforms, is it worth it?

Since the stimulus package is all but guaranteed, wouldn’t a lot of the upside, if any, already be partially baked in, if not fully baked in?
