Yeah, feedback that can't be acted upon because they didn't provide a concrete example or next steps shouldn't be taken too seriously.
If you don’t get specific examples and how you can adjust, that’s not constructive feedback
And an acknowledgement that ‘awkward’ is a statement about the interaction, not a characteristic of one person. It takes two to have an interaction and it sounds like OP has a lot more self awareness than this tool
Agree with others here - feedback needs to be specific, related to an observable impact, and paired with a suggestion for improvement.
For example (plz don’t be harsh, just shooting from the hip here)
When we are in meetings with client X and the client asks you a question, sometimes you take a really long time to acknowledge their question and respond. This in turn makes our project team feel awkward and occasionally frustrates the client. Something you might try is to acknowledge their questions in meetings faster.
Best you can do with that feedback is either forget it. Or you can share the feedback you received with friends or trusted co workers. From there ask them if they think it is valid and if so, to provide you with specifics
