I got an offer letter from an investment company with the pay increase of 35% (from my current salary which is already 17% increased from the market adjustment) and i'm still deciding what to do. I like to work at Deloitte but the pay increase is very tempting because it is huge. Does anyone know if there would be any chance of Deloitte matching the salary from my offer? I would like to stay if Deloitte could do that. Any experience or insights on this would be much appreciated!
