I genuinely believe (and have been told) there is growth room, I like them, & this is my first time working as an in-house corporate dynamic (10 years exp in NPO work, agency, and marketing consulting).

Offer was 130k with 10k signing bonus & generous retirement options in CA. Market research says it’s low-mid offer. Thoughts on the comp?

I was contacted by a recruiter on behalf of a nonprofit seeking a remote executive director. Recruiter asked what my target salary is. According to 2020 990 info, the total annual revenue was $242,732, and total salary expenses was $150,448. On their website, there are four staff listed not including the ED. Their positions are: Director, Managing Director, Senior Editor, and Communications/Engagement Manager.

I talked with a recruiter at GAP Solutions Inc. about a Clinical Advisor position in Rockville, Maryland and asked for a range of 125-135k and I got a written message that if all goes well, they can give me 125k. Typical! Research shows the average salary as 151k and I'd like to push for closer to 140k. Do I keep my mouth shut until after the interview or do I say something now? Hello All, Office Sup. for a major hospital, w/ 15 years experience. I have lots of experience in every position in the office, especially in training. I recently applied for an EPIC trainer position within the company and according to Glassdoor the average pay is about 23k more than what I currently make. I have a year and some change of experience in content writing, email marketing, and SEO. I also have dabbled in sales and government work for nearly a year. I have a B.A. from a selective uni.
