I know my anxiety is getting in the way of my legal work. I have writer's block every time I need to prepare pleadings or a Response. Some harsh criticism my writing skills a year ago has really gotten to me. I realize I am being ridiculous, but if rational thinking were enough to overcome anxiety then none of us would be in here.
