If you can't hook up in Vegas, you seriously need to reevaluate your game.

like

You literally just buy them a drink, dance and it will fall into place. Having a table with a bottle will also do wonders

Avoid mentioning that you work for pwc, for starters

Honestly, just go to pool parties, clubs...you will do just fine. It's the land of "anything goes". The ladies play it just as fast and loose as us.

Just be available near the end of the night and not to sloppy drunk haha

Pretty much your only chance is the pool parties and clubs. It's the only place in Vegas people of the same age actually talk to each other

Hi single parents! How do you cope with being the NOT preferred parent? They say a mom and son bond is unbreakable but my son always chooses his dad 🥲 no matter how hard I try for our relationship, he always misses his dad even if they spent the whole week together. I love that their relationship is strong, but still hurts to know he’s fine without me but not his dad!

How do you all deal with family members who ask you for legal advice? Specifics: My father in law is trying to negotiate a buyout of his interest in a company in California he owns 1/3 of and he keeps asking my husband (a patent attorney in IL) and me (a divorce attorney in IL) to help them draft or negotiate contracts. They don’t want to talk to another lawyer. We have told them ad nauseam we aren’t qualified. They keep hounding us for “advice” we don’t have. The company hired a lawyer today.

Will you marry someone who has severe gaming issues? He plays 30 to 40 hours at least each week other than full time job. And he doesn’t have social life, or do cooking or cleaning or yard work. He constantly fight with me to ask me give him a few days each week to play games without me.

I’m part of a Facebook moms group and I’m surprised at the number of moms who co-sleep/bedshare. I just don’t understand. I was always worried I was going to roll on top of my baby. Everyone just sleeps better when we’re not in the same room (my LO is in his crib and has been in his own room since 3 months). Is co-sleeping really that common?

Hi there, I am looking out for a change after spending 15 years at the current company. It is like a new kid around the block. I got my resume worked out with a professional. How do I approach for jobs? I am looking for Director, VP roles in the customer success and services, Product management, Partner Delivery and enablement roles. 99% times my resume won’t be picked up for an initial discussion though I match most of the skills called out in the JD. Any suggestions?

My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.
What can I do?
Please advise 🙂

Hey ladies. Can we take a second to talk about friendship? As a working mother of two that works from home, I’m finding it hard to making friends or maintaining friendships. I’m the only one in my friend groups with kids and I feel left out and alone a lot of the time. Like I’ve been downgraded as a friend because I’m not as available. How have you built your tribe of support and friendship as an adult? Can anyone relate?

Current hh income of about 350k no debt. About to have a baby, and our hh income could go down to 220k if SO does not return to work. Most likely will, but we will not know 100% until we have our first, and could be PT.

Could we afford a monthly payment of $8k? Based on our current income, we can. However, there’s some concern after the baby. This would be a 10 year house, so assume it will be easier to afford over the course of living there.
