Just had a series of interviews started in September and finally ended in November last week only to be told that suddenly I'm not a great fit for the job. Recruiter had called sometime in October and told me that I was a top candidate for the job and though they couldn't tell me to stop considering taking interviews with other companies they felt I was an almost lock for the job. Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back.
