I'm 18 weeks. Have always been a turbo charged go-getter, at work and at life, keeping tons of balls in the air and executing efficiently and effectively.

Right now, I have no motivation. Not at work, not at home, not even around the baby boy to be.

Has anyone dealt with this?? How do I get back to getting stuff done?? My overdue to-do list is enough to induce agita ...

My parents planned a trip to the US and never told me. My sister helped then plan. In the US, my father fell sick and had to be hospitalized. They did have travel insurance but there were still a lot of out of pocket expenses and other expenses related to rescheduling tickets, etc.

A parent of one of my students told admin she thinks it's irresponsible that I won't be grading over Christmas break. Hi friends - need a suggestion. My mother got critically ill due to Covid and has been in the hospital in India for over a month with added complications. Question for moms past the young toddler phase - at what age did you find your child could safely & independently play/entertain themselves for 30-60 minutes? My just-turned 2 y.o. can play fairly well independently for 5-10 minutes and of course needs to be very closely supervised for safety (he loves to climb).

This is a question for healthcare HR. I was exposed at work to an employee who tested covid positive after our shift. We were told 4 days after that this employee was positive and hospitalized. I was encouraged to test and was told after the test that the recommendation is to quarantine until test results are available. My surgical center said they can not accommodate the time off work. If I stay home and wait for results am I abandoning my job. Thoughts.
